About
Dr. Skinner attended Oklahoma State University for both her undergraduate and veterinary education. She pursued an internship in emergency medicine after graduation and went into a career in emergency medicine. She continues her work in the ER but has also come to understand how important a peaceful passing is to suffering families who have to say goodbye to their beloved companion. It was these experiences that gave her the desire to offer in-home euthanasia. To be able to allow companions to pass in the comfort of their own home with less fear and pain has become a passion.
Dr. Skinner received advanced training in home euthanasia techniques from the Companion Animal Euthanasia Training Academy (CAETA) in 2022 allowing her to become a certified peaceful euthanasia veterinarian (CPEV).
This training has provided the most up to date euthanasia techniques in order to allow your pet the most pain free and dignified passing.
